Post-glam-rock-pop-punk-blues-floral outfit The Bancrofts first crashed onto the Sydney scene in 2017. Members Byron Davis, Hayden Davis, Hayden Samuels (no relation) and Luke Vella have been storming venues throughout NSW with packed out audiences at Oxford Art Factory, Crowbar, the Lansdowne, the Duke of Enmore and the Vanguard.

Since 2022, the band have also hosted annual showcase nights they have dubbed A Walk in the Garden to platform various up and coming groups in the Sydney scene. In 2026, following their sold out launch show at Sydney's Factory Theatre, The Bancrofts are embarking on their biggest tour yet across Australia's east coast in support of their See a Man About a Dog EP.
